The Operator reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including — but not limited to — a valid government-issued identification document, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the Platform's cashier section. Balances may be displayed in PKR for the convenience of Pakistani players, though the base processing currency may differ depending on the payment gateway used.
Payment channels such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are referenced as familiar Pakistani payment channels. Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of KYC verification. The Operator reserves the right to apply additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. An Account that has not recorded any login, deposit, withdrawal or betting activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, a maximum withdrawal limit may apply to winnings generated from Bonus Funds. Any winnings in excess of the stated cap may be removed from the balance at the point of withdrawal.
All bets placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. Players should verify all bet details — including stake, selection and market — before confirming any wager. The Operator is not responsible for incorrectly placed bets resulting from Player error.

The Operator cannot guarantee that any Player will achieve a particular outcome or profit from any game.
In the event of a technical malfunction during a game or betting event, the Operator reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and return the staked amount to the Player's balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a demonstrable technical error or malfunction are not valid and will not be paid out.
